I too already did my shopping on the weekend so the fridge and pantry asre stocked with good things. It was good to get more spices. We also have our grass feed beef quarter coming this week! Yum Roasts and steaks emoticon

The restful evening should have been last night! I feel asleep on the couch before 9 and went to bed. slept clear through to the alarm must have needed the rest! Yep again we were in bed by 9 pm - DH was tuckered too! Guess we are catching up on our sleep!

the running analysis clinic was interesting. I guess if you run faster it takes weight off your joints and usually improves your form! Who'd a thunk? Otherwise doing well - need to try a lift in one shoe as my r leg is slightly shorter than the left due an accident.

I spent an hour hauling grain bags and hay bales - whew heart rate was at 75% so that was my aerobic activity.

I did have quite a few calf cramps wake me up last night - not sure what to do about that - when LC I drink bullion but that isn't Primal so --- thoughts? I do take cal/mag at night.

Otherwise I am stoked! I accidently pulled my 'skinny' jeans out of the closet and put them on this morning without a problem! Yahoo! emoticon

I did my shopping spree when I bought my groceries for the week. Husband and daughter have been willing to try the meals I make and Husband started reading some from the book last night because he was curious.

On Halloween, after eating primally for a few days, the pink cake at my daughter's friend's birthday party didn't tempt me. I found myself thinking, "That cake is Pink! It's not food, it's cardboard!" So, yay for mental progress.

I walked my dog last night and then spent the evening working on cross-stitch project for someone's Yule present. Overall, day 2 was pretty good. *smile*

I went on alittle shopping trip at lunch time today to pick up a few items that I needed. Other then that I had everything else I needed.
Day 2 was great and I have no desire for candy which right now is every where and marked down for pennies on the dollar.
I had some men come over for some roosters and a duck so I spent around 20 minutes chasing the birds around trying to catch them. Got my exercise in!
Looking forward to Day 3!
