I too already did my shopping on the weekend so the fridge and pantry asre stocked with good things. It was good to get more spices. We also have our grass feed beef quarter coming this week! Yum Roasts and steaks
The restful evening should have been last night! I feel asleep on the couch before 9 and went to bed. slept clear through to the alarm must have needed the rest! Yep again we were in bed by 9 pm - DH was tuckered too! Guess we are catching up on our sleep!
the running analysis clinic was interesting. I guess if you run faster it takes weight off your joints and usually improves your form! Who'd a thunk? Otherwise doing well - need to try a lift in one shoe as my r leg is slightly shorter than the left due an accident.
I spent an hour hauling grain bags and hay bales - whew heart rate was at 75% so that was my aerobic activity.
I did have quite a few calf cramps wake me up last night - not sure what to do about that - when LC I drink bullion but that isn't Primal so --- thoughts? I do take cal/mag at night.
Otherwise I am stoked! I accidently pulled my 'skinny' jeans out of the closet and put them on this morning without a problem! Yahoo!
