I saw Fathead on Hulu or Lulu, or whatever it is. That's where I watched it, twice, a month or two ago.
Fathead simplifies the science, but that's fine, there are references and it does a good job on the basics. I'm not going to eat at Mac's "Steak House", but I appreciate the point. Definitely a good movie, if you can get.
Got rid of the ticker cuz my scale decided to flatter me unduly. I haven't re-gained, just got a better, honest, scale.
Just because you steam it, doesn't mean you can't add herbs and spices. (A gripe at those insipid restaurant "healthy choice" menu selections.)
You can either love or hate the movie and the guy, but it got me thinking, which led me to marksdailyapple. The hardest thing for people to reconcile with about Primal is that it goes against conventional wisdom. Almost everyone I've shared primal with says, "okay, ya", but has a look on their face like they are really thinking "psh, that sounds rediculous." Fat Head teaches the science behind it. Because of my biology background, the point about humans becoming short and overweight after agriculture struck a chord with me. It just made evolutionary sense.
