When I'm home, I usually make some lettuce wraps with random sliced meat, chopped veggies, and mustard. Then I have berries or carrots on the side, or maybe a cup of soup. I mix it up a lot, so I don't get bored with it. When i'm in the office (cafeteria), I'll get a grilled chicken breast or burger with a side of grilled veggies or a huge taco salad.
Everydaypaleo.com has some good recipes for lunch, such as asian chicken lettuce wraps and stuffed avocados. Those are similar to the lunches I make, such as using leftover roasted chicken to make chicken salad as filling for lettuce wraps or stuffed avocados, yum!

My fiancÚ, William and I just started our Primal diet today, and are slowly sliding ourselves into it. I'm curious as to what types of lunches would be good to make, or to snack on. On a diet like this, I'm sure others have found it hard to find a good lunch to have. Dinner is always easy, and we can eat leftovers, but we're looking for actual recipes. If anyone can help, thanks. ;-)
