I have the Protein Power Life Plan book, have really enjoyed reading it and am following (as well as I follow anything) his plan - the most lenient of the three, the "Hedonist" plan I think it's called. It allows for a little extra. I'm in no hurry, I just want to learn the lifestyle....
Between the Dr,.'s Eades and Gary Taubs, it all makes a lot of sense! Haven't read the Primal Blueprint book, although I do have one of his cookbooks here that I picked up at Goodwill.
