I made this last night. I liked the sauce a lot, but I think I overcooked the fish. It came out really tough, but I also didn't make any modifications for my convection oven.

I made this yummy spinach bread this weekend as a pizza crust - I used almonds instead of pine nuts (because that's what I had) - super yum!!!!

Share your primal recipes! Remember, not all of us are 100% primal, so expect some recipes to include nuts, dairy, more fruit, ect. This is a good place to try new things and ease into life changes, NOT A TRENDY DIET. Can't wait to see what's posted.

Here's one: Smoked raw salmon on fried eggs with smoked paprika and chives. I'm a sucker for the smoked flavor, but I don't know if a true Grok eats cured meats. I imagine early Northern Hemisphere peoples might have smoked fish, for example, but this is obviously not the same as artificial smoked flavor, so eater be aware. Also, it is hard to find smoked salmon without nitrates. Smoke your own I guess!
