idk if I am right Dimples, but I am tracking as circuit training, I've seen others say they are tracking as low impact aerobics (general), but to me it's not aerobic. This is my first Jillian DVD too, I am on wk2Day6, it is tough but it is challenging me. I have the mindset if I can't do something by golly I am going to be able to it... lol I just do the best I can, some moves I am below the modified and other moves I can do advanced... guess it just averages out. I find towards the end of the week I'm really starting to get the hang of it, just in time to move on to the next week. Good Luck! Hope this helps!

I just started Jillian Michaels ripped in 30 and well I'm trying to figure out how to track the exercises. How are you guys doing it?
I got the info from a fellow SP member on Jillians' videos and well I happened to buy the roughest one lol. I never did the videos before and man let me tell you I should have started with the easiest ;-)
