Last night for the first time ever I woke up at 4 am and I knew I was crashing. I have never had this happen before. I haven't had an episode in over a month. I had it under control again, so I thought. Hmm, maybe I did have one 2 wks ago. Anyways, I went to my doctor to see what she thought I should do about a month ago. She told me just eat small frequent meals. If I wasn't better to get a sleep study. A sleep study? I know my glucose tested normal but it wasn't a fasting test. Does that make a difference? I was told in my 20's I had low blood sugar but never really understood the importance of it. Do I seek a 2nd opionion? Thanks.
