I like being able to do them combined. With my limited time I really need to get the most bang for my buck and feel like I do when I have resistance and strength in with my carido.

I have found just recently that I like both cardio and Strength training., I used to HATE ST! I believe that you need to find the right program that works best for you. For me that was Charlean Extreme.
