When I'm off, I stay off for that day... and honestly sometimes longer than a day. Really struggling with this "all or nothing" idea but haven't figured out how to shake it yet.

It depends on the day. Like for today: I blew it with the pop I drank. I get so tired and exhausted I call it a lost cause. Tomorrow is always fresh start!

I tend to call it a lost cause for the day, but then get right back on track the next day. I also try to bump up the workout routine the following day in attempt to make up for the day before.

I'm like everyone else. I keep track of my calories and if I know that I'm over, I try and up my workout and calorie burn. I usually am right back on track the next day.

I usually get right back on track. Although I know after a couple bad choices in a day I might have a rough rest of the day, but the next day I'm right back. The thing I do is to always track my calories still. The good, the bad and the ugly. And after a bad day of food choices I try to kick it up on the workout as well.

After some not so great choices, I can usually get back on track quickly. After tracking for 2 years, I am pretty aware of how many calories there are and although I may blow some, I am pretty quick to realize I don't want to make it worse!
