I usually get right back on track. Although I know after a couple bad choices in a day I might have a rough rest of the day, but the next day I'm right back. The thing I do is to always track my calories still. The good, the bad and the ugly. And after a bad day of food choices I try to kick it up on the workout as well.
After some not so great choices, I can usually get back on track quickly. After tracking for 2 years, I am pretty aware of how many calories there are and although I may blow some, I am pretty quick to realize I don't want to make it worse!
