Funny you should ask! I just started doing my Walk Away the Pounds again. I forgot how much I loved those workouts. Plus, I went for a bike ride tonight. I decided after our family bike ride from 2 wks ago I needed to get back to riding bike! I can run 6 miles no sweat but riding my bike was a challenge. So I am changing it up.

I'm just finding my true fit for a workout, especially cardio, and yes I plan to mix it up to keep my body guessing

I know I should, but I have exercises that I like to do and others that I don't like, so I tend to do the ones I enjoy. Even though I KNOW I should be doing the ones I don't like! :)
