Funny you should ask! I just started doing my Walk Away the Pounds again. I forgot how much I loved those workouts. Plus, I went for a bike ride tonight. I decided after our family bike ride from 2 wks ago I needed to get back to riding bike! I can run 6 miles no sweat but riding my bike was a challenge. So I am changing it up.
