I don't have a workout buddy here. I think it would be nice to have one who is able to relate why it's so important to get going and do some sort of exercise. I do have a friend who is also trying to lose weight, but unfortunately she lives an hour away, which makes it hard to plan a workout together.

Think positve! Until you hear it from him, try not to worry about it. I don't have too much room to talk. I was having a moment this morning while talking to AJ about having surgery again. I think I am so upset because its finally hit me that this is my life, this is what I get to look forward to every 5 years. ANd the fact that I am so passionate about running now and that I will get side lined for awhile. And the fact that I am getting cut open to take the old one out and getting cut in a new spot to put the new one in. ugh

I miss our runs too! I am nervous about what he will say tomorrow especially since my regular doctor already said surgery would be needed...I am just going for the experts opinion. I would really prefer physical therapy

Yes, I have a few of them. My husband and kids ride bike while I run. Or I run with Charity which I miss doing! I hope you get the clear or maybe we can just do a long walk together. Or I walk with my sister. But I'm like Charity: I like that alone time and unwind for the day!

This summer, I have had my neighbor as my workout partner. We go walking early in the am before our hubbies go to work and my girlies get up. Not sure if she'll continue once school starts back up again but at least I'm still in the mode of getting up early to workout before I start my day. That's a definite plus!!!

I do not have a workout buddy, although I really miss having one. I had one back in the day before the wedding and kids, but now that I have moved, I left that behind, but much of my cardio right now is intermixed with yardwork stuff as well as stuff with my kids.

Yes...when I go running sometimes I go with Heather. I am in the process of getting another workout buddy (my sister in law) once she has her baby and is cleared for exercise of course!

I typically enjoy working out by myself most of the time however I like having a person that I can connect with and share our workouts with for that accountability.
