I'm more of a salty treat person so I have to portion out nuts and cheese carefully. I really try to avoid chips and the like altogether because I know there is simply nothing good for me about them.

I can overeat rice krispies or Iove making cool whip frosting(using pudding) . Swedish fish.
Or Peeps. So I try not have this stuff in the house as much.

When I first started on this journey, I avoided sweets in the form of cake, candy, etc since I could not just stop at a small portion. I would still have a small bite at birthday parties, but that was it. Once I lost the majority of the weight, I was able to add those things back in moderation.

I try not to deprive myself of anything but I have to limit Pretzel M&Ms! They are a major downfall for me
