On the Tuesday Morning Bible Study at my home, we are doing Max Lucado study on the Book of James. It is very convicting as the Book of James is a very convicting book!

On Sunday Mornings in our Adult Sunday School Class we are going to be doing Kay Arthur's Book "Free From Bondage God's Way". It is a study on Galatians and Ephesians but for now we are only doing Ephesians.

For my own personal devotional time, I am using The New Inductive Study Bible, New American Version and I am starting in Genesis. This does the Kay Arthur Precepts method. I am getting a lot out of this kind of study.

What is everyone else doing?

GOD BLESS!
Louise

For my personal devotional time I have been reading and answering the questions to the book
"What Happens When Women Walk In Faith" by Lysa TerKeurst. I am getting so much out of it and am spending more time with The LORD. I love Lysa's writings. I have done her "Made To Crave" Bible Study with my church. I will be doing her "Unglued" Bible Study when the next terms starts.

Christine, I love Sarah Young's "Jesus Calling". I did that last year. I got so much out of it.

Our Tuesday Morning Bible Study finished up Stormie Omartian's Book "Lead Me, Holy Spirit" this morning. I got so much out of it. I would recommend this book to everyone.

The Wednesday Morning Bible Study at our church starts tomorrow. I am doing The Law Of Love by Beth Moore. It is on Deuteronomy. I think it is a lecture series but I will find out more tomorrow.

Next week the Tuesday morning Bible Study is going to start "The Air I Breathe" by Louie Giglio.

GOD BLESS!
Louise

I LOVE Stormie O'Martian's books, SWIMLOVER and have almost every one!!!

On Monday I just started "One in A Million - Journey to the Promised Land" - By Priscilla Shirer. It is based on Exodus and is focused on breaking the chains that hinder you from experiencing the abundant life that God offers.

I just finished the book of Genesis on Sunday and am in the book of Exodus now which is so cool because I didn't know I would be doing a Bible Study with a focus on Exodus but God did! Definitely a God-incident!!!!!

For my devotional time I use "Standard's 365 Devotions" (with my Bible) and "Jesus Calling" by Sarah Young. There are other devotionals I read as well but my focus has been on quality rather than quantity.
Thanks for starting this thread!

I am doing the Bible Study "Lead Me, Holy Spirit" by Stormie Omartian. I am doing this with three friends on Tuesday mornings. I am getting a lot out of this study. I feel Stormie Omartian is one of the best Christian authors we have today. She is very Biblical in her writings. She does back things she writes about with Scripture. I love how she always puts Prayer in her books. Even though I have been a Christian for over 53 years, I am learning things about The Holy Spirit that I either did not know or never really thought about before. I would certainly recommend this book.
