Hi Team,

So sorry I forgot to post the 30-day challenge here to kick things off for 2014. No worries!....there's still enough time to drop a few pounds : )

We're in week 3 of the challenge...(see past week workouts here ...

Week 3
Day 15: 15 lunges, 10 burpees, 20 Russian twists (5 rounds)
Day 16: Run 1/2 mile, 10 push-ups, 30 second front bridge (3 rounds)
Day 17: Jump rope 2 minutes, 20 squats, 25 sit-ups (5 rounds)
Day 18: Run 1/2 mile, 10 burpees, 30 second front bridge (3 rounds)
Day 19: Rest day!
Day 20: 100 jumping jacks, 10 burpees, 30 second front bridge (3 rounds)

Day 21: Run 1 mile, 20 burpees, 40 Russian twists (2 rounds) for time
