My good habit is to take my morning vitamins. ) BLUSH ( Yes, that was a goal before. But I backslid and need to establish that again. My bad habit is sweetened coffee beverages. Sigh. Repeat after me, "It means more to me to be slim and healthy than to have this momentary indulgence." Repeat. Won't be easy, but it's crucial for me. Those huge calorie loads just slide down my throat without much real satisfaction.
