That's good to know! Since that's OK, I think I will continue with my "clean eating" approach - no dairy, no bread, no processed foods - but spread it out to 5 smaller meals a day - for this week anyway. Once I get the book I can really think about it and make an educated decision. Thanks for letting me know that's an option!!

No problem on the short notice! :) To be fair, I should let you know that the book does allow people to follow a different eating plan if desired. I believe it is still required to eat 5 small meals/day though and to be following some type of plan (such as what sparks gives you or weight watchers, etc). I do love the Game On! plan though because it is so balanced and healthy. Up to you what you'd like to do though!
Welcome, MirrorBallMoon! I will put her on my team. Teams will be uneven but we'll do a team average at the end of each week as the book instructs. MirrorBallMoon has just ordered her book, so will need some extra coaching for the first few days until she receives it. She was able to get a good look at a lot of the rules online already. I don't have a problem with that since this is an informal session and it is supposed to be fun and supportive. :)
