I use a heart rate monitor. So I just created it in my favorites. TAM Muscle Work, and TAM Dance Cardio or Rebounder Cardio. And then I add the number of calories my HRM tells me I burn. Which is about 400 for Dance, and 500 for Rebounder, and between 350 or 450 for the muscle work. It's higher if I do it after cardio.
