Congratulations on making it through your first 10 days! I hope to see you posting with us on our What workout did you do today thread! Emily, is on day 32 of the Omni program. Bren & I are on day 63 (she's another Omni and I'm a Hip. Suffering with friends makes it more fun. Are you doing the Omni, Hip, Ab, or Glute plan?
So, if I understand your question, you want to get MORE Tracy in, by doing days 11-20 and then doing the days 1-10 workout again? I'm all for more Tracy time, but I think you'll be "undoing" what Tracy has planned for you, by not following the program the way she designed it.
How much Cardio is too much is a lot tougher. Tracy's rule is never more than 1 hour of Cardio a day. But you have to do what you enjoy and what works for you. I workout for about 2 hours a day, maybe more depending on the day. First 30 minutes with Jillian doing her Body Revolution 4 days a week (which Tracy would NOT like), and then with Tracy doing cardio on the rebounder, the muscle restructuring work, and the Ab and Arm portions of her PP Ab workout, plus I do a 30 min hoop dancing workout 3 times a week.

I'm on day 11 of metamorphosis and I was wondering if anyone can tell me if it's okay to do over and hour of cardio a day and more than one of the strength routines in a day.
(ie: cardio routine 3X and transformation days 1-20)
The last thing I want is to bulk up after working so hard to slim down and tone up but there are days that I have the wind in me to push further and it's fun to meet the challenge.
