It IS hard! Keep in mind that all that mat work is a type of strength training. Don't be afraid to hit the pause button, stand up stretch out shake it off whatever it takes. The good news it does get easier, the bad news just when it does it's time to move up a level. When ever I start a new level, it takes me an extra 20 minutes with all the resting I have to do, by the time I'm on day 10 I'm doing it in 35 I've never been able to keep up with Tracy. I have 2 bad wrists, a bad shoulder, and a bad knee. I have to tell you that this workout is changing my body, and 36 days of Tracy has done more for my wrists, shoulder, and knee that years of doctors and physical therapy. Just do your best! It's not about perfection it's about progress. We're all in this together.

My word this workout is hard. I can get through the arm and abs segment with difficulty but at least I can finish it. The legs portion of the workout is killing and discouraging me. My knee suffers, even if I put a towel under it it's still so hard. My legs not as light as Tracy's and boy does she make it look sooooo easy. I wish the reps weren't so long but I guess that's part of the method. Oy!
