Hi there! My name is Autumn and through pure chance I happened upon the (near end) of Tracy's Metamorp infomercial. I'd heard about her work in Hollywood for years and I always wanted to do her stuff but when | went to book stories she was never there and I never thought to do the .com thing emoticon .
I've always been slim and athletic until I suffered a very bad depressed and took medication that blew me up into the 200s, plus no exercise (hey, I'm depressed) and comfort eating (ibid) emoticon emoticon , where, unfortunately, I still am. emoticon emoticon emoticon but as soon as my concussion (don't ask) clears up I'm ready to try and add in this exercise this. My thanks go to RyderB for all her love and inspiration. Isn't she great? emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon .

I've attached this link below (or just google "mastering the method) because it is a phenomenal blog by this Tracy devotee and is in complete maintenance and addresses many issues. Trust me, you'll love it. And I love this group!!
