Happy Valentine's Day to you too! Thanks for the measuring tip. We Americans are the only holdouts on that metric system. We have lots of European friends that have been telling us how much better it it, but I still have a hard time understanding it. Math was always my weakest subject.
How's everything going with your workouts? What day are you on now? I'm on day 14, and I'm feeling it. Yikes!

Happy valentine's day to the remaining members of this team. We are truly the last of the Mohicans. Someone gave me some good advice on measurements today and I wanted to share. They said when losing weight one should always measure in centimeters rather then inches because its more accurate and you see changes quicker. It sounds dumb but they are right. One inch equals around 2.5 centimeters. I'm glad they gave me that tip because now I can keep better track and I feel like I'm getting somewhere in this long journey.
I'm here to lose fat not weight, weight loss is just a side effect :)
