Hello PERSIGABBI - I'm on day 7 of the first phase of the Omnicentric Metamorphosis workout. and since I'm pretty okay with my size/weight, I'm primarily using it to tone up. I don't use her cardio workout at all - it's just not structured enough for me, and instead use TurboFire. I believe combination will give me the results I'm looking for.
What workout do you have? I ask because from what I've seen of the Omnicentric workout, it wouldn't be my first choice if I were trying to lose a little more weight - but to be fair, I don't use the cardio part. The workout itself continues to be pretty challenging, but I'm getting better at it. After I finish a workout, I feel like my whole body has been worked: hamstrings, glutes, arms, and abs - they all feel tighter. I believe it's going to give me the muscle definition I want without using heavy weights or resistance bands.
So, if I were going to use it for weight loss, I'd definately do the toning workouts - they're wonderful, then I'd do some other form of cardio. Good luck to you and post your results in the thread here - what workout did you do today! DC
Just taking a very curious poll.
Has anyone with a lot of weight to lose, like 50 lbs or more, done the Tracy method & lost weight?
I'm new on doing her workouts, so I'm curious what kind of results I might see if I do her videos consistently. I have about 60 more lbs to go to get to my personal goal. So I was just curious.
