Hello - I just started doing Omni Meta too and had been tracking it as cardio. I'll look for the calisthenics moderate setting going forward. Thanks for the tip - stop over at the other thread and post what workout you're doing every day - I like reading how other people are doing. Thanks again, DC

I read on here that people are tracking it as calisthenics:moderate. So that's what I've been doing

I need help determining how to count the calories burned doing TA's mat workouts. I don't know what category to use. I just started Meta Omni yesterday. Thanks for the help!
