The recommendation in the book is to do the cardio and transform back to back, however it does say if you need to split it up, to do so. If you are really struggling to get both in, another thought would be to alternate days, do cardio one day and transform the next. Do your best, and if you do split them up one in the morning and one in the afternoon or evening, I don't think that will hinder your results.
Good luck. I understand about being a busy mom and trying to fit the workouts in. I started about a week ago and then got sick last week, so hoping to get my videos in tonight and just restart, since I only got 2 days into the program.

I'm a busy mom/student. I don't know if I can devote an entire hour a day! A half hour may be all I have most days.
Yesterday and today I did cardio in the morning and plan on doing the mat work in the evening. Tracy says to do them back to back, but I can't! Also, I was thinking since I might be able to just do 1 a day, I'd alternate which one I do each day.
Has anyone been in this situation? What are some things you guys did? And what would be best?
