Thanks for the advice! I started Day 1 today. I did the cardio (well if you want to call it that) but with no hopping around. During the parts where she did fast moves or bouncing, I would march in place. I know I'm going to love the cardio dance and can't wait till my toes are healed so I can go all out! I thought the strength portion was going to be easy and I know I'm going to feel it in the morning!
I totally agree with Sherri. Tracy Anderson meta muscular structure part is all low impact. I'm pretty sure you can modify some of the moves. Pretty sure if you ask your doctor if TA meta program can be done it will be ok since there is no jumping around. Hopefully your doctor gives the ok to workout. We're here for you to support you! Hope you have a speedy recovery.
Do you know how long before you can get started? There is a lot of floor work in tracey's program- Maybe you could start some of that? She says that its important to perfect her movements rather than adding heavier weights- Actually- some of the standing arm stuff you could probably do too- I bet you could sit and do the arms and standing abs. Only you know what you can do but I hope you are good as new soon. Recovering is more important than pushing and overdoing it- even though it seems like it takes forever.

I've been reading through my Metamorphosis info over and over and so eager to get started!! I fell and broke the four small toes in my left foot the day after I ordered the program. I feel like I'm getting heaver and heavier every day and want to get started so badly! It's funny two weeks ago I couldn't drag myself to workout and now I feel lost without them!
