Do you know how long before you can get started? There is a lot of floor work in tracey's program- Maybe you could start some of that? She says that its important to perfect her movements rather than adding heavier weights- Actually- some of the standing arm stuff you could probably do too- I bet you could sit and do the arms and standing abs. Only you know what you can do but I hope you are good as new soon. Recovering is more important than pushing and overdoing it- even though it seems like it takes forever.
