Welcome to the group DHANGEL! I'm working on getting everything together as far as the forums. So please bare with me. Sparkpeople is great! So much information and it's free! I've looked at a lot of other online programs and nothing really compares to SP. I'm doing Omni as well. I just can't seem to get past Days 1-10. I continually start over. Kudos to you for making it through to Day 16! I agree. The nutrition is a little bit challenging. I would love to do it, but I don't think I have the willpower, let alone the fact that I don't own a juicer.
Jillian Michaels is awesome. She seems so down to earth. I love her information. I'm so tempted to follow Shred for a workout. But the workouts I have done with TA (Meta and Mat) have by far gotten me closer to the results I am after.

I am just starting on sparkspeople and was so glad to see there is a Tracy Anderson group. I have the omnicentric routine. I have done 15 days of TA (this evening I'll make it 16 days). She is so much fun to do. I love dancing around, though I don't jump as much as she does because I'm not in good enough shape for that. I haven't been able to do all the leg because my muscles just won't keep lifting. Right now I'm dealing with my muscles hurting, what seems all the time. I hope that means that my muscles are getting stronger. It's a bit annoying.
I'm not doing her diet, it's too low calorie and I know that would just cause me to eat off plan and way more than I need. I'm following Jillian Michael's Master Your Metabolism.
I hope that we can be an encouragement to each other.
Hey Ladies! I've always heard that squats and kegels help with any post baby urinary issues. TA recommends not doing anything outside of her program for the duration of the program which can be challenging. Hang in there. It's difficult to get going but I think making it past the initial 10 days is an accomplishment! If you can do the cardio with the muscle sculpture work, you'll see amazing results. And if you fall off the wagon, just get back up. No one will ever know! Good luck, Bloom! Please keep us posted.

Your doing great !!! I haven't been able to workout due to female problems. I have to see the doc soon. I lost soo much blood the last few days I am very weak. Sigh. Hopefully it will pass soon without any surgery or negative news. Keep me in your prayers.
If it is going to be it is up to me !!!

Well, sore is the one word answer. I have done the muscle structure workout two days in a row now and the cardio once. The cardio I did on the trampoline and I mostly did a free style workout. I bounced around with jumping jacks, knee ups, side, front and back kicks, etc. It was great, really got my heart rate up! I was breathing hard and sweating, but my knees and feet were not hurting at all! I did find a side effect of all the bouncing (and this happened before using the trampoline too) was that since I have had a baby, all that jumping around causes a bit of leakage. I went pee right before I started to try to make sure there wasn't anything to leak, but it happened anyway :( That sucked, but otherwise the workout was great!
I feel strong and sexy when I workout and I love looking at my arms in the mirror as they get stronger! I wasn't able to find time for the cardio yesterday and I think that may be why I am so sore this morning. I need to make sure that I do both going forward!!
So, how do you guys feel? Today will be day 3, what day are you on?
