Well, sore is the one word answer. I have done the muscle structure workout two days in a row now and the cardio once. The cardio I did on the trampoline and I mostly did a free style workout. I bounced around with jumping jacks, knee ups, side, front and back kicks, etc. It was great, really got my heart rate up! I was breathing hard and sweating, but my knees and feet were not hurting at all! I did find a side effect of all the bouncing (and this happened before using the trampoline too) was that since I have had a baby, all that jumping around causes a bit of leakage. I went pee right before I started to try to make sure there wasn't anything to leak, but it happened anyway :( That sucked, but otherwise the workout was great!
I feel strong and sexy when I workout and I love looking at my arms in the mirror as they get stronger! I wasn't able to find time for the cardio yesterday and I think that may be why I am so sore this morning. I need to make sure that I do both going forward!!
So, how do you guys feel? Today will be day 3, what day are you on?
