emoticon emoticon Donna! I'm so impressed that you're following the food plan! emoticon I NEED to shake up my eating but it was too hard for me to feed my husband and try to eat or not eat l emoticon like Tracy!

I think Mallory (KETTLEBURN) and Regina (SANDY-TOES) both have the Abcentric program. From the posts it looks like Regina might be starting over again soon, and Mallory is on day 61.

This is a small group but we're a fabulous group of women!

Hi everyone

My name is Donna and I'm excited about joining the TAM team. I'm 42 and a stay at home mom who finally started living my dream of becoming a full time writer last September. Its been wonderful... except for the extra 20 pounds that I put on my 5 foot frame by sitting in front of the computer playing with imaginary people!
I had great success a few yrs ago with SP and the Firm team but since then all of that progress has been eaten - literary - away. I'm hoping to jump in with a new routine and fresh start making sure my day includes jumping around with Tracy and eating things that aren't shrink wrapped. I am following both the diet and the Abcentric program, although I've adapted the diet some. I dropped a few of the things I can't do ( no beets in the am - I make a big green smoothie instead). I eat the list of foods in the amounts she allows but make my own recipes out of some of them including just eating a plain ol' apple instead of the sauce etc.

I officially started today, although I've been doing the diet and cardio part for the past week. I had to wait to start the Abcentric transformation until today because my original set of DVDs were messed up and had to be replaced. So far I love it!
I look forward to hanging out with all of you!
Donna

emoticon Kris! For someone that's new to Tracy, it sounds like you've got all the secrets to being successful at her program all figured out. Finding support and using your own music, emoticon

I have the hipcentric program too! But with the help of Regina (SANDY-TOES) who purchased all the different programs, and Emi (LittleGreenWitch) who found YouTube links to the Omni program for us, which are posted in the Team Forums. It looks like Workouts 1, 3, 5, 7, & 9 are exactly the same regardless of which program you have.

Good luck with your program. Congratulations on your retirement, and no matter what your scale does, I think you'll be happy with what Tracy's program will do for your body.

Hello everyone, and thanks for the warm welcome! I am so glad to have found this team! I bought the TA Metamorphosis over a year ago and only used it once! I have decided to give it another try and thought if I could join a group/team that I would be successful at keeping up with it...So I did my first day yesterday, and yes, it was hard, but I still managed to complete my mat work and 30 mins of "dance cardio"...I am 'hipcentric', not following the diet plan (have my own healthy eating plan I am following) and doing the cardio part with my own music with watching TA in the backgroup where I can hear her also. I am 62, newly retired, and have about 15 lbs to lose. I also love fitness walking, my Wii Walk it out, Wii fitness games, and Leslie Sansone 4 or 5 hr walk away the pounds dvd's, and my treadmill. I go in spurts of exercising, but would like to join a team to make myself more motivated and accountable. Thanks again for having me as a member in your group!! :-) Kris

You CAN do it! As long as you do 30 minutes of 6 days a week to go with the muscle work, you'll still see results. emoticon I've fallen off the wagon this last week, with so much stress and not enough Tracy time, that I'm starting over AGAIN tomorrow. But I'll start counting it as day 3. emoticon I can't spend more then a week, on these levels that I've already done.

Hi everyone and thank you for giving me the opportunity to be a part of this team. I am 32 years old and am working on losing 60 pounds before my wedding in April. I purchased meta about a month ago and have been checking it out a little here and there. I am excited to get going strong on the daily workouts this week. As for the dance cardio, just not for me. I will be supplementing with other cardio workouts. Again, thank you for having me as part of this group. I look forward to getting to know everyone :)

thanks for the welcome! i think i prefer a small team to a large one; with the larger ones you really ARE just a number and you're lucky if you're able to get to know someone from the group on a more personal basis. that being said, i'll definitely stop by and chat!

i HAVE done TA workouts before haha but i appreciate the warning. i actually have recently had to take a two week hiatus from any working out whatsoever because of one of cardio dance things i was doing. too much too soon, i think, or perhaps a wrong step. either way i bugged up my knee and was instructed to lay off any unnecessary aggravation. but my two weeks is up and i'm ready to get back into it. sloooowly this time though! i really like Tracy's workouts BECAUSE of the fact that they can be frustrating! haha i get angry and want to give up but then refuse because i'm not going to be bested by a recorded video on a DVD.

hahaha thank you for the advice: "just remember the pause button is your friend" haha that's fantastic!

Welcome to the team!!!

This is a small team. But small is good is soooo many ways. You won't be just a number here. Please stop by our only active team thread, What Workout Did You Do Today? and chat with us. It doesn't matter if you haven't gotten your program yet.

Hopefully you've done Tracy's workouts before. Because if you haven't she really takes some getting use to, but once you do, you will learn to LOVE to hate her emoticon I could do Jillian Michaels DVDs all day long, and never shed a tear, but Tracy has made me cry, with frustration and tears of joy and pride.

Good luck! Just remember the pause button is your friend, and progress not perfection.

thank goodness! i KNEW there had to be a TA SparkTeam page somewhere! i ordered the Abcentric Metamorphosis DVD set yesterday and now have to patiently await its arrival. recently i've had my share of major disappoints and frustrations, not just with weight loss, but with personal stuff too and i'm finally throwing that all aside, choosing to get away from it and starting over completely. i'm stoked to get the TA DVDs because i've read a fair few comments from normal folks who've done it and i'm hopeful that i can too, and can achieve the goals i want to achieve. i'm doing what i can to keep myself accountable (e.g. starting what i'm dubbing an "accountability blog" outside of SP) and hopefully this team will be a huge help to me with that as well! just wanted to introduce myself, say hello and let you all know i'm looking forward to hearing everyone's success stories!

Thanks for such a warm welcome. I was worried after I posted that since I am not doing the Metamorphosis...although I plan to do it in the future after I quit breastfeeding. If you ladies don't mind I will stick around and post my progress and help keep you motivated also. I need some accountability cause my habits since having my daughter are bad, a lot of mindless grabbing and eating without even thinking about it!

I also love the TA post pregnancy workout, and the dance cardio dvd that I have. I will check in on the other thread to post the workouts I do and chat more with you ladies!!

Thanks again!

Hi Jill! emoticon emoticon emoticon
I'm glad you found us! We all have that LOVE/Hate relationship with that AMAZING Evil Pixie Tracy! I'm excited to follow your blog. I've never "met" anyone that could stick with the food plan that came with the Metamorphosis Program, and I can't wait to find out if there's something more realistic in her book. emoticon
I LOVE LOVE LOVE her Post Pregnancy Abs workout. I wasn't sure what body type I had when I ordered her program and I went with the Hipcentric, but felt like I needed more ab work and stumbled upon that workout on QVC. I'm so glad I did. I do both, but only the first 30 minutes of the PP workout, because the last 30 is everything from the Muscle Restructuring DVDs.

There's 3 of us, that just started the Metamorphosis 90 day program over again so if you stop by the "what workout did you do today thread" to chat you'll find us there. Jen (FITNESSJEN11), Bren (JITZUROE), and ME, Marki (RYDERB).

The old leaders had let this team almost die, but there's us and we have a few more Tracy DIE HARDS, and that's all we need!

Good luck with your program. I can't wait to follow your progress!

Hello Everyone!

I love Tracy Anderson! Well, love might a strong word, but I do really really like her workouts and her upbeat attitude. I happened to stumble upon her while doing a dance aerobic search on youtube. I found a 2 part workout that I tried to do but couldn't keep up with it. (I will one day though!! I then found one of her arm workouts, quick one of 5 or 6 mins, which I do periodically at work.

I just had a baby girl last August and after I was ok to workout and baby E was letting me sleep more, I started doing the post-pregnancy DVD and about 20 mins of the dance cardio I. This was in the last few weeks of me being on maternity leave and I have to say I was loving the results. My pooch was getting smaller and people were actually complimenting me on looking so good after having a baby. Then I went back to work and all of my free time to work out flew out the window!

BUT I AM RECLAIMING MY TIME AND MY BODY!!!!

I am tired of not feeling good about myself and making excuses and not following through with anything. So I purchased the 30 day method book, and I am using it as a guide to help me get back to me. I can't follow it verbatim because I am nursing 100% right now, I can let it guide me back to a healthier me. That is where spark people came in.

I found spark people a LONG time ago, before there were any ads, and remembered the nutritional tracker. I also did a Tracy Anderson search, to see what people on here were saying about TA, which led me to this group. I am so glad I found this! I am also blogging about it to keep me accountable for following it everyday. Luckily I am not very busy at work right now so it gives me some time to enter in all the food and add calories as needed, and to change some of the recipes that really don't fit in with my tastes.

My goals:

I will fit into my pre-pregnancy clothes by this summer

I will wear a bathing suit and look fantastic

I will feel great about myself everyday

I will have the energy it takes to love and cherish every moment with my two kids

I will have the energy and desire to spend quality time with my man

I will have time for myself to keep my sanity ;)

I do love my life and am very blessed, it will only get better!

Thanks for reading!

Jill

Hey Marki!! Thanks for the goodie the other day...you made my day!! :)))

I made it to day 8 the last time we talked, but I allowed work to take over again. Sigh. I'm so bad with that work/life balance thing. :(

Anyway, can't dwell on my past mistakes. Right? Onward and upward!! I got on treadmill this week, to get back in the swing of things. I quickly dropped the 4.5 lbs of water weight I had put back on, so was glad about that. Tracy is back on my agenda for this evening and weekend...gotta keep moving forward and get back on the stick with her! I knowwwwwwww she misses me!!! And I miss the tightening and soreness she provides...LOL!! It's amazing how fast those darn fat cells fill back up!! ;)

Take care!! :)))

emoticon emoticon emoticon I'm so happy I COULD dance the crazy Lord of the Dance Cardio without stopping! Way to go Bren! You are doing great! I did day 11 of the Hip workout yesterday. It' felt so much easier than the first 10 days, Obviously those muscles have gotten A LOT stronger. 3 hours later, my body was SORE (definitely a good sore) So, I'm excited to keep going forward. No more starting over for me.

OK Marki, so i saw this on your page and TOTALLY had to join!
I am in the 21-30 portion of the workout. I got the Omnicentric ones. LOVE them, even though I can't really do the cardio - I CAN do the mat stuff (OK well, 90% of it). I love this teeny chick....

Bye guys!

Hi Jen! WOO HOO! Let's all stick to this together! We have 1 hip, 1 ab, 1 omni, and now all we need to do is have a glutecentric TA gal find us.

Let's get this DONE!

Hey Hey!! So glad to see other Tracy Lovers out here! Marki, we're already in touch, but it's great to see some others posting! I started omni (again) last night...dance cardio and L1D1 of Transform. I'm starting to get sore now, but will work through the pain again tonight! Gotta get things back on track! :))) I'm not doing the eating plan, either. Too crazy for me...I'm just tracking my food and making healthy choices. Been thinking of joining WW again to work with the Tracy plan, but haven't decided yet.

I started omni one other time before and was doing great, so I know it works! Like Marki, I almost made it through the first 30 days, but something always got in the way. I'm going to be a warrior this time and get to Level 2!!!

Best of luck to those of you just starting out...and be prepared! It's a tough workout!! You will get sooooooooo strong, you won't believe it!

I hope we can get this group started again?? Let's keep each other up to date on progress!!

Take care!!

Yeah at least there's one more Tracy member that's active on SP right now. I'm glad I decided to join the team. I don't need A LOT of support, but it will be nice to have someone to compare notes with. emoticon I'm on day 7. But I've made it to day 32 before, and I've done days 1-20 A LOT, Something always seems to come up, and I end up starting over. This time I'm determined to just keep going.

How's it going for you?

I'm not following her food plan. It was WAY to restrictive for me. I'm doing the 17 Day Diet.

I've stopped by this team A LOT looking for anyone to commiserate with, while I push myself through this program, but I've never joined since it looks like no one is around, but I was thinking what if lots of people do what I do. So today I finally joined. I'm on Day 7 again of days 1-10 of the Hipcentric program. I LOVE to hate this workout. She definitely asks my body to do things I've never asked it do before. Hopefully some of this teams members are still out there and still doing Tracy.

Hi everyone,

I ordered the Abcentric program and it arrived today. I was between ab and omni but went with the abs one because I really gain weight in my midsection.

So I have about 50 pounds to lose total and I have been following the eat to live diet along with using my bodybugg for calorie measurements. Now I finally feel like I am ready to get into a serious program. The meal plan for metamorphosis seems pretty intense. I wasn't even going to try it but after reading reviews on here I am going to give it a chance. I am going to write up my shopping list and then plan to start on Saturday. I am done with finals for the semester and this will give me the chance to really get into the plan so that by Monday I will already have some successful days on the plan. One thing that worries me is that for week 2 you only have a protein bar for lunch. I have to say that is pretty skimpy so I'll probably have to add a salad to that or something.

I'm glad that I found this forum and I am looking forward to hearing how everyone is doing and any tips you may share.

So glad to find this team here!

I did the TA Method while the significant other was out of town for a month and lost 11-12 pounds on it. Regained 3 over Thanksgiving. Have just started Metamorphasis Hipcentric. I'm really loving it so far.

I'm going by the philosophy that its better to do 75% of the program for the full 90 days than it would be to do 100% of the program for 5 days (which is what would happen at 100% :P). So I'm modifying the diet for Meta like I did for Method.

For Method I doubled the size portions, didn't repeat meals I didn't like, and did repeat meals I liked in their place. With Method, I'd juggle the day's assigned meals to fit with the ingredients that I had in the fridge (ridiculously expensive otherwise). I'm also counting calories and - where calories allow - if I want a moderate amount of soda pop, say, I have a can of Coke. I wasn't crazy about her chocolate pudding, so unless I'm craving chocolate, I'll swap it out for a glass of wine (or just a square of 50% cacoa chocolate).

For the puree week, I bought the plastic, green-lidded Bell containers (at Walmart and Target, 4 containers for around $3.50) and put the pureed amounts for 2 days in there, screw the tops on, and pop them in the fridge. For lunches at work, I have salad, fruit salad, or a simple turkey sandwich from the cafeteria (no more than 400 cals). For dinner, I pull a solid-ish meal from her meal plan (chicken soup / sea bass, etc.) and make that.

No reason to be a stickler about portion size - her ingredients are so low-cal that eating a moderate portion size (say, 1/2 pound salmon fillet rather than 4 ounces) will still fit within almost any uber-low-calorie diet.

Two things I've noticed: this sugar-addict never craves sugar on her diet, but I do develop massive salt cravings by the third day. So I add salt to the soup and sweet-potato puree and any other recipe where it makes sense. Second, her diet is uber-low in Potassium, Calcium, and Magnesium even with my modifications, so I have to take those supplements or I develop muscle cramps and the migraines become more frequent.

I'm allergic to aspartame, so I use Steez flavored green tea and SANS sodas from Whole Foods for the times when I have munchies / want more than my 1 can of Coke.

As far as the workouts, they remind me of the calesthentics meets dance that I did with my mom way back in the day (80s-ish) as a 6 year old (bonding time!). They do work, very well. I love the challenge of getting up to 30 minutes of her cardio routine - it will certainly take awhile. It's high impact, and mimics the kind of non-stop jumping/moving/running that we all did as small children, so that's fun. I do not enjoy the mat workouts, but they are definitely game-changers. You will see a huge difference after a week - measure yourself on day 1 so that you can see that change even if the scale isn't dropping as fast as you'd like.

I like Meta much better than the Method. You can tell that more work went into refining the program and DVDs. That said, I'm glad I read the book from the Method - I'd be a bit lost with Meta otherwise. She does give you all the loopholes and modifications that make the diet and workouts less discouraging at first - but only in the Method book.

The first 10 days of Meta mat work are EASY compared to the last 10 days of Method mat work. I'm supplementing them with the Netflix Rapid Results Pilates for Abs / Full Body until we get up to gear (which from what I've read, happens with the next 10 days).

It's tough, but at leaste I know I won't be wasting my time! I've been recommending the program to everyone.

I got the book 30 day Method and I am in the second sequence and almost into the 3rd. I heard about the Metamorphosis DVDS when I saw Tracey on QVC and wondered if I should get them. Last night, she was on QVC again and I worked out to the whole hour while I watched her. There were a lot of Before and After Pictures and even people who showed up and said that the System really worked for them. I would really like to try it but before I buy it, I would like to hear how it worked for others on this Team. I am so tempted to get it, but it costs a lot and I want to be sure it is worth it. I have lost 40 pounds over the past year and I mainly want to tone up and lose about 25 more pounds or maybe less depending on how I look as I lose more weight. I want to get that "Muscle to skin" look that they were all talking about! Thanks for any advice you can give me.

TRWOKER78, did you get your package? Have you started yet? I am on vacation this week and my girlfriend joined me in my work out. That was motivating!

That stinks that your disk broke but good thing you are getting another one - the P90X cardio sounds like a really good substitute. Congrat's on not missing a day of working out yet! Nice!

Well, I was bummed to find out my Cardio disk is broken. But I prevailed by using a P90X cardio program until the new disk comes in. Then I go on to the TA muscle part. I haven't missed a day of exercise but I am not staying consistent on the diet. Trying to stay mostly fruit and veggies but sometimes... :)

I did a vegetable juice and banana for breakfast and I went about my chores, shopping etc. I was a wreck by lunch time and snapping at everyone. I will not do the diet portion of this method but I can try eatng mor fresh fruits and veggies and less processed food. :)

FITN49,
I also just started TA (today!). I decided to follow the diet the first week and see what happens. I had been using the Eat for Health and was already eating a
OT of fruit and veggies so this shouldn't be too hard. But the smaller servings may be an issue. I am still hungry and I only have three "meals" left. I just keep drinking water.
I'll let you know later this week how it goes.

HI SFREY107,

I tried the diet - kind of - I did the week two the first week I had the meta program and was gonna do week one the next week but at the last minute I changed my mind. That first week, I lost 2 lbs from being on the diet. I think I would need more willpower for the weeks that call for pureed foods. I make dinner for my family almost every night and I like eating dinner with them. I recently started making dinners from recipies from the 400 calorie fix cookbook. My husband dropped from 220 to 203 (I started doing this June 1st). I did not get the same results but the dinners are healthy and tasty. But to be perfectly honest, I have been experiencing "diet commitment" problems.

I think the TA diet really does work and if you stick with it, you will see results.
Good Luck to you. :)

I almost got the OMNI program. I heard that some of the weeks of the muscular structure workouts are simular or possilby even the same. I was surprised at how pooped I was from doing the workout! And I know each day that I work out, that my legs/rear will be worn out and burning - but I really feel it is so worth it because my legs are looking better. :)

And I do stretch a lot because it never hurts and it is almost like a reward at the end of such a tough workout.

Take care!

Thanks PHX1CLH,
I just finished the work outs and had my "breakfast". I am pooped!! The cardio was a little hard to follow but it did keep up with doing just as you said, step touches or jumps until I could engage again. I am doing the Omni but there is still a LOT of leg lifts. I thought I was going to die! I agree with the stretching. I was wondering about that and then just did it anyway. I felt like I needed it.
I am putting together my grocery list now and will be shopping to follow the diet too. Are you also following the diet?
Thanks for the reply,

I tried the TA method from the DVD that came with the book today-- just the muscle moves. There were 12 of them. I could feel the butt moves and the arm ones very deeply. I did my regular cardio of Slim in 6 for about an hour later today. I definitely think there is something to this method. I feel energized.

Hi SFREY,

I ordered mine from QVC also. :)

I have not been completely consistent with it but I am trying to get better. I think it works well but I am still new at it.

As for tips - I would say, make sure you stretch pretty good after doing the transform video. Which program are you doing? I am doing hipcentric and my rear was pretty sore afterwards.

Her cardio was a little tough for me - hard to follow and I got tired even though half the effort was me trying to keep up. I think just as FITN49 mentioned, if you are not ready for the high impact cardio, then work up to it doing step touches and other lower impact moves.

Oh - I did not have a mat before I started because I never needed one. Any exercise I did just didn't require it. So, I thought I would not need one. I was wrong. Get a mat. It will be very worth it!

Hope you enjoy it once you get it.

I kept hearing about TA Metamorphosis on the radio, on TV it was amazing. So I thought I would check it out. I liked what I saw and ordered the package from QVC. I am looking forward to getting my package and starting the program. Any tips?

The carb lovers diet sounds like one that would be easy to stick to - and therefore would work. Sounds great! I would be interested in knowing how well it works because I might be interested in doing that.

I did not get the book so I did not know about doing step touches so thanks for that information. emoticon I tried following her on the cardio video that comes with the Meta program and I felt like half the energy I was expending was mental energy - (just kidding). It is hard to follow. And, my shins hurt. Step touches would have been better for sure!

Thanks so much for the info. I have the 400 calorie fix book. I am doing the Carb Lovers diet right now -- much happier on it than all the low carb diets bacause I am a vegetarian-- I do eat eggs and dairy products though. The TA Method book says to just do step touches for the cardio in the beginning - no jumping until you are ready. I can incorporate the diet into my plan by adding beans, bananas and some whole grains.

Hi FITN49,

I have not been consistent with my workout but I lost 1//2 inch off my thighs. I am doing the hipcentric program. The workout is not one that makes me feel tired afterward but my buns are burning while doing the exercises. I think feeling the burn is nessesary to get some sort of results...
There are 3 parts to the workout - arms, which is pretty fun, abs, and calisthenics/floor work. Reminds me of the 80's when I did lots of donkey kicks and things like that in exercise classes...
I was gung-ho at first and tried the diet - well, that lasted one week. I think people have sucess with the diet but I dont have the willpower to puree carrots and parsnips and eat that while I cook and watch my family eat dinner (I make my dinners for the family from the 400 calorie fix cookbook - the recipes are great btw!).
I am not doing the aerobics either. I do my own cardio. Soon I will be getting Zumba - it is in the mail. It looks fun.
Good luck to ya!

I am very new to the TA method. I was flipping through channels and saw the Metamorphosis infomercial. I bought her book at Borders yesterday and just took a quick look at the DVD. I am on the 4th week of Slim in six by Debbie Seivers and have lost about 1 inch on my belly and one inch on my arms and a couple of lbs. I get very tired at the end of that workout so I am not sure what TA's method will do to me. But I want results. How are people doing in terms of results, energy levels? What about the diet? Are people following that? I would love to know.

Hello. I am new to Tracy Anderson. Although I am new to TA, I am not new to diet and exercise. I think I went on my first diet at the age of ten. I was not really overweight, I think, but some people referred to me as "chubby." I started puberty young so I think that it was more about the changes that occur in the body when girls hit puberty (hips spread, more fat on hips) that made me feel fat.

I am in my 40's and I have tried many many diets and many many different exercise programs. And now that I am in my 40's, it seems that it is much harder to see results compared to just ten years ago.

I received my TA program 7/6. I tried the diet that week and was gung-ho and wanted to "do it right" instead of doing it my way, but the day after I posted about trying the diet, I fell of the wagon. It is almost like something in my "all or nothing" thinking brain was saying, "really, you are going to puree all that stuff and eat that while preparing dinners for family all week?" So I am not doing the diet afterall...

Anyway, I love the muscular structure workouts but I am not really digging the aerobics. My ankles hurt, my shins hurt, and I can't follow along. I try to do my own thing but I think that I might be overworking certain muscles by doing this - and - isnt that one thing I am trying to avoid so that I dont bulk up?

The whole reason why I was drawn to TA is because Tracy talked about how doing certain exercises bulked her up. Well, no matter what others say (women cannot bulk up because we dont have the hormonal makeup for that), I bulk up in my legs easily! I appreciated that she said this because I finally felt validated.

So there is where I am at with this program so far.

I look forward to posting here with all of you since we have this in common and look forward to making new spark friends.

Best of Luck to you all,
Cindy

I have the meta program. I get started in it doing it consistently then I end up getting sick due and having to stop. I have MS so it affects my strength rather than just having a cold or flu. I hope things improve as I have restarted the program often and want to get past the beginner workouts.

If it is going to be it is up to me !!!

Welcome to the group! I hope we get a good number of Hot Mamas in this group who want to totally rock this out! I've been 'fiddling' around with Meta since February. I just can't seem to kick it into gear on a regular basis. I find it difficult to set a schedule and feel guilty because I could be doing something for someone else in the family, etc. I'm hoping we can all come together as a group and find the motivation and accountability that breeds success for everyone!

As for the menu, I find it equally as challenging. I did try it for a few days, but I just can't do it. I am going to do a Shakeology cleanse for a few days. I ♥ my shakes! I am a firm believer that you had to do what is right for your body. Not everything is right for everyone. Sugar Free makes me retain water weight after following it for an extended peri
od of time. It's just a matter of listening to you body and being sensible.

Anything will work, but you have to participate and apply it!

Your going to do just fine. I am vegetarian also. Her recipies in the bootcamp book for vegetarians is very low calorie. I won't do her recipies because they are about 300-400 per spark if you eat everything the whole recipie. If you cut down to a portion size it is even less calories. One lunch menu is green beans and I can't remember what else. It adds up to about 50 calories for the meal. So you must be very careful and really think about her calorie count. I believe one should eat a reasonable amount of calories.

Her chocolate desert recipie I feel is rather dumb as it is high calories and bad ingredients. Using chocolate chips to flavor it adds lots of calories and unhealthy fats. It always makes me break out when I eat that form of chocolate. I perfer cacao which is raw cocoa beans for a chocolate flavor without the bad stuff added in.

Its ok to exercise according to your schedule. It might take a bit longer but that is ok. One must do what there body allows and time. Just stick with moving and you will see positive changes.

If it is going to be it is up to me !!!

Good Morning all! I am new to this team and new to Tracy Anderson and her metamorphosis program. I started it this weekend, but only did it twice as the day got away from me yesterday and Sunday I was so sore I didnt think it wise to try to kill myself

I am going to try to fit it in today, but it is really hard! My husband and I work different hours so that one of us is always available to take care of our 13 month old daughter. So, I work 6-10am and he works 10am-7pm. We meet in the parking lot at work to switch the baby since we work for the same company. That being said, he gets home from in time to help me get her ready for bed and then she and I go to bed at the same time (since I get up at 4:30 to get ready for work, Im dead by 9pm). There isnt really time for him to watch her while I workout for an hour or more. I thought about getting up 30 minutes early and doing the cardio in the morning before I shower for work, but that would mean getting up at 4!! That is really freaking early!! So, I am going to try to do the workout as often as possible and sometimes it will be both sides and sometimes not!

I am not following her eating plan because with the metamorphosis program, there isnt a vegetarian option. I did read the 30 day Method book and there is eating plans for the vegetarian in that, but since I already eat a plant based diet I am not too worried about eating her exact foods. Besides, I have to feed the rest of the family and they arent going to eat apple sauce for dinnerK well, the baby might

My plan is to try to workout as often as possible along with hiking and biking with my family and taking my daughter for daily walks (weather permitting), and eating smaller portions of a plant based diet and hope that the weight comes off and the flab tones up!!

Glad to be on this team and have the support of others rocking the same workout videos!!
