Hello everyone. I am new here and new to green Smoothies. I saw a friend of mine last weekend for the first in several months and she was looking great. She said that she has replacing one meal a day (breakfast) with a green smoothie for over a year now. So I made my first green smoothie on Monday. What a treat! It was absolutely delicious. Now my husband and I drink one to two everyday. One for breakfast and one as a planned snack. I had no idea that spinach smoothies could be so good. I am now open to other ideas for smoothies.

Just to get ready for the April challenge, I tried out a new green smoothie recipe this morning. It was pretty basic. Spinach, kale, banana, flax and almond milk with 1 scoop of protein powder. It was delicious!
I'm new to this team but not new to green smoothies. I have a Blendtec and I love it! I decided to switch to green smoothies a couple of times a day to detox for the next few weeks. We'll see how it goes! Here's the website I'm using for ideas and recipes:
