I'd like to start off this new topic with a positive affirmation from my eating disorder clinic, The Moore Center, in Bellevue: Loving Myself I practice loving myself. I do not expect other people to unconditionally love me...they may not know how. (Remember, a person can only love you if they love themselves.) I say kind, supportive things to myself in my self-talk. I choose to love myself when I make a mistake or someone else is displeased with me. I feel kind and loving toward myself. Jenn
