So I weighed myself this morning :) not happy at all with it. I was going to start working out regularly again but with my day job starting up again for the next couple weeks I'll be getting PLENTY of exercise(my day job is drywall :) )

Thank you - I KNOW part of it came from being sick Thursday and Friday and not being able to eat and keep anything down, but I am hopeful that most of it will stay off - I did actually drop about 2-3 pounds LOWER while I was sick but as soon as I started eating normally, it returned but at least NOT ALL OF IT did YET. I just have to work that much harder not to let it come back NOW.
