KRISTA-GIRL, I got the best results out of just CLX, too. I enjoyed Turbo Fire, but I was hoping the two together would be even better. My body seems to change better and faster with weight lifting and athletic moves.
I found it kind of light on the CLX part, but I'm more into ST anyway. :-) Personally (and I do know that everyone is different!!!), I lost more and got in way better shape with just straight CLX and a little added cardio, either TF or something else.
