Did the last Zumba for the week. For some reason, I can't seem to do the "twist". Mine is the total opposite of what they are doing.

I lost a total of 5 lbs from end of January...So am happy with that. I still need to lose around 20 lbs. I hope I can keep it up!

Zumba today was more dancing (rather than our usual hyper moves by the other guy instructor). Instructor was new but I liked the class. After the 3rd song, I can feel the sweat on my face.
