I temporarily stopped Chalean Extreme and am doing Insanity. Have been at it for over a month now. It is also hard. Different. Pace is faster too. Today was supposed to be a "lighter" day. I did the Max Cardio Recovery.

Hello everyone! My gosh it has been such a long time!! I must confess that I have not been as disciplined as I need to be! With starting a new job at the end of 2012 and starting a new relationship I am trying to manage time. I have my half marathon this Sunday and I will be starting my TB workouts soon after. I just had to get that off my chest lol I am so looking forward to checking in and that is what I enjoy most about this team…let me not forget the awesome support!!

Yesterday I did some lower body ST and elliptical HIIT. I had a sports massage in the afternoon so I'll be resting today...maybe a little dancing but nothing intense.

I did Fire 55 EZ. I didn't feel like doing the entire workout but I finished it anyway. Workout was worth it!!

Hi gang!
Jogged on the treadmill today, but I have to tell you a funny story.

We have a 3 month old puppy who is facinated by the treadmill. Today she decided to leap onto the belt right under my feet and immediately flew off. She ran up the stairs so fast! She was fine, and after I knew she was ok, I couldn't stop laughing at the look on her face. Poor pooch! And here she thought I was having fun on that thing..... :)

I did HIIT 20 and Lean Circuit 3 today. I think it felt better to do HIIT before LC.
