(¸.•´ ; (¸ ;.♥•~Welcome Ginny~♥ Most if not all of us here tried PP+ and flopped. I gained 6 pounds in 7 weeks, Ugh. I believe the answer to your question is until PP+ the point values stayed the same. If you look at our first two sticky topics, you will see some great links to help you get back to the WW program that worked for you and also join us on the first sticky topic as that is where we post most every day.

I hope I'm posting correctly, this is my first post here. I had lots of success with the "old" WW where you had a points "range" and you could bank your own points. My question is, when WW changed from 123 success over to flex, did the points values of food change, or did the food values only change when points plus was introduced. I am gaining each week on points plus, so I really need to start following the old plan.
