A very good resource for going back to Momenutm is onemorepound.com , it offers your DPs, WPs and a counter.

For those tweaking PP+ here is Vicki's formula: This is a PP+ formula.

Vicki's successful tweaking formula: Her stats are 227 / 117 / 127

what worked for me was 21/daily and 21/weekly, and 2 zero point fruits/daily. I burn about 2500 calories a week but did not eat any. I lost about 1# a week. BUT the first week I only lost .2 the second I lost 1.8 After that it was 1.2, .4, 1.4 and 1.2 to get me to goal.

has all the counters, such as BMI, BMR and the daily calories you would need to eat to lose and the amount you would lose with those calories. Try it, you'll get a lot from it.

Great sites for point friendly recipes.
