Gunther is not exactly behaving himself, but he has endeared himself to NM, all 65 pounds of him laying mostly in top of her in a queen bed. At least one-hour walks with the dogs every day. Can hardly wait to get home and catch up on all your posts! Miss you guys!

what worked for me was 21/daily and 21/weekly, and 2 zero point fruits/daily. I burn about 2500 calories a week but did not eat any. I lost about 1# a week. BUT the first week I only lost .2 the second I lost 1.8 After that it was 1.2, .4, 1.4 and 1.2 to get me to goal.
