Got in quite a bit of exercise this weekend dancing and walking at a dance event. Such great fun it didn't even feel like exercise!

I have done okay...didn't lose as much as I wanted to, but on the other hand I did have
a couple laughs today....

My doctor told me he thought my weight goal was too low and I should aim for 150. LOL

I'm issuing a challenge for February, It's time to be your own Valentine! Love yourself! Here is the challenge:

1. Add more activity. Each week add an additional 30 minutes of activity.
2. Hydrate - Drink more water. Add an additional 28 ounces a week.

We'll check each week to see how we've done.
