What are your goals for 2013?
Health Goals - Lose up to 40 lbs by May 15 through daily exercise with cardio and strength exercise. Cardio will include C25K training with a 5K Shamrock Run in March. Rowing machine and recumbent bike and bicycle.
Riding Goals - Ride various events such as Rose City MC 250. 500, and 1000 mile runs. Run For The Wall ( Los Angeles to Washington DC), Hells Canyon Rally (Baker City, OR.), Star Touring & Riding group rides,Various Toy and Food drives runs and Patriot Guard Riders Missions.
Other Personal Goals - Play with my new toy a 1985 Chev. El Camino and hit a few car shows, Clean out my garage to make more room for the motorcycle, make an In-N-Out Burger run (844 mile round trip)...They are worth it!!
