I have found that through the years you just can not add God into the equation and then the pounds just melt off! You really have to work at this and you really want it.
First thing is that you need to figure out why you want to loose weight! You need to figure this out. Do it for yourself and no one else. That is the best advice I can give you. Don't do it for a occasion that is coming up do it for yourself! Your health! Once you figure that out then take baby steps.
I too, like to hit the snooze button over and over again. But I make sure that I get some sort of exercise in during the day. Park further away from where you usually park. Take the stairs, go for a short walk. Do you have a dog? They always need to go out..take them for a walk.
When you are watching TV get up and walk around the house or take the stairs a few times during commercials.
These are just some suggestions to get you going.
Lunch..pack something that you really like...scale it down. Sometimes we get into a salad mode and then it's like Not another salad!!! Make something you really want and like just make a smaller portion.
Fill a insulated mug with ice then water and sip all day on a straw. I have a 4 cup mug that I do that with and then at least I know that I get 4 cups of water in plus whatever else I drink!
