Cherry666 good luck with those goals. If i can do it at 58, you can do it too. I really need to get back into a serious training shedule because it really helps me maintain my weight loss. See SWEDESU for inspiration. She motivates me.

Today Angela Liddon www.ohsheglows.com posted about Matt Frazier's new book Plant-Based Nutrition for Athletes. He is an ultramarathoner. The book has training shedules for 5k, and 10k etc. and recipes for athletes. When I was doing serious training ( I walked half-marathons) I referenced Brendan Brazier's "Thrive" so it is always nice to hear about another vegan athlete's approach.
