Cool blog. Seems that I'm learning of more and more every day. I may have mentioned it before, but just in case I didn't, check out forealslife.com . I especially love it because she has McDougall/Esselstyn/Fuhrman/Barnard friendly recipes.

Also - I personally like to take a couple of baked or boiled potatoes with me. They're very filling and quite delicious (especially if you have some mustard in the car too).

Thanks for another great blog! My blog feed is so full of amazing writers.

I typically take homemade trail mix and Larabars for snacks on the road. On the motorcycle we don't have a lot of room or a cooler that will fit a bunch of stuff. So I keep it compact. If we are in the car I'll bring lots of fruit too. Thankfully Paul loves apples and oranges.
