I've been a Vegan since January 1, 2013 and was asked (well, told) by my doctor to have my Vit B12 and D levels checked in June. I did and all is well.

Vit D is SO important and so many people are afraid to let their skin absorb sunshine - I don't cook myself in the sun but I always feel better after having been out in some rays.

I will set a good example for my daughters and my son. I will be a woman that makes my grand children proud when they look at pictures of me long after I've left this earth.
