LOL, I don't run and don't walk long enough to need a recovery. Would sure be nice if I could do it.

Every day I am on the verge of making slight changes that would make all the difference in my life.

An hour before my half marathons I would eat my usual half bagel with peanut butter and jam and half a cup of coffee. According to this article, coffee helps with your performance and recovery afterwards. I am going to try Angela's iced mocha smoothie as a recovery drink after my long Sunday walks and see if it makes a difference. www.runnersworld.com/drinks-hydratio
