Kelly, Thank you so much for the link to Brene Brown's TED talk. I tagged this post in my e-mail as something to go back to -- it took me a long time ... but how worthwhile it is. Mahalo (Thank you in Hawaiian.)

I finally found the time to watch that Dr. Brene Brown video clip. It was so good. Thanks Kelly for the link. What a great motivational speaker and what a great message - to let go of who you think you should be and embrace vulnerability. To have the courage to be imperfect. Wow!

I'm typically not a huge fan of Oprah. That's saying a lot for someone who lives in the Chicago area. I recently found her program Super Soul Sunday. If you have the chance give it a try. She has some pretty inspirational people on every week. This past Sunday was Dr. Brene Brown and they spoke about vulnerability. WOW! I loved this interview. They are about an hour long but if you record them they are only about 40 minutes when you fast forward through commercials.
Dr. Brene Brown did a TedX talk a while back that was pretty awesome as well. Here is the link to that. www.youtube.com/watch?v=iCvmsMzlF7o It's only about 20 minutes but amazing as well.
