I finally found the time to watch that Dr. Brene Brown video clip. It was so good. Thanks Kelly for the link. What a great motivational speaker and what a great message - to let go of who you think you should be and embrace vulnerability. To have the courage to be imperfect. Wow!

I'm typically not a huge fan of Oprah. That's saying a lot for someone who lives in the Chicago area. I recently found her program Super Soul Sunday. If you have the chance give it a try. She has some pretty inspirational people on every week. This past Sunday was Dr. Brene Brown and they spoke about vulnerability. WOW! I loved this interview. They are about an hour long but if you record them they are only about 40 minutes when you fast forward through commercials.
