I haven't, but a yoga teacher friend of mine started the program at the beginning of the year and she loves it. I think for an instructor to be so into it says a lot about the quality and authenticity.

Hi everyone! I'm back from the retreat a totally different person. One of the changes I've made is that I'm devoting more time to yoga instead of the intense workout programs I've been doing previously.

I found a new program called Ultimate Yogi that is a 108 day program of different yoga workouts ranging from 15 minutes to 75 minutes. Has anyone tried it? I seem to remember someone on here tried it before but I can't remember who so that I can follow up with them directly.
