My exercise has been absent, too! It's really embarrassing! I'm hoping (and planning) on getting back into it all after Christmas. I have some real, strong goals I want to meet and I'll never make it this way---so things have gotta change soon.
But I also forgive myself, too. The holidays are kinda crazy for us all. It's hard for most of us to manage a regular routine during this time of year, isn't it? So let's be patient with ourselves, while also making up our minds that things are gonna change for the best soon and we are gonna "make" them change!

GREAT list! The Road ID is an awesome very inexpensive give you can give anyone who enjoys doing things outdoors. I got mine for cycling a year ago and haven't taken it off.

I have been so busy with shopping and social engagements that my walking has really suffered. I know this is really last minute, but we all have birthdays coming up and I know that if you are a walker like me or a runner, you would love to get any of these gifts... www.runnersworld.com/photos/2012-gea
