This is the newest workout out there and a lot of people are blogging about it. The only thing you need is a deck of cards. Don't have a deck, download the app on your smartphone.

1 - Select a different exercise for Black and Red cards

2 - Select a different exercise for each suit (Diamonds, Hearts, Clubs and Spades)

We elected the latter, so here is what we chose:

Hearts - Mountain climbers (4 = 1 rep)
Diamonds - Push Ups (1 = 1 rep)
Spades - Leg Raises (1 = 1 rep)
Clubs - Fire Hydrants (1 on each side = 1 rep)

You shuffle the cards and start flipping them over, one by one. Each card represents the type of exercise and number of reps you do.

i.e. 7 of Diamonds = 7 pushups

Face cards are 10 reps, and we chose Aces to be 15 reps.

If you are choosing the Black/Red workout choose an upper body exercise and a lower body exercise.

If you are choosing the 5 suits workout choose a calisthenic (mountain climber, squat thrust, burpee, jumping jacks), upper body (pushup, pullup, dips), lower body (squat, lunge) and ab (situp, leg raise, crunch) for each suit.

This sounds like fun and will also work well when you travel and don't know what to do or don't have a gym or just don't want to run on the treadmill (any excuse). From what I've read it should take between 20-30 minutes to complete the whole deck.
