My Dad made egg plant marinated in olive oil with garlic, it was delicious! I also put just about any vegetable on; corn, red peppers, mushrooms, w/e you have! We grow alot of these in our backyard so they're fresh =). A little garden is a wonderful thing to have.

I haven't seen that book but will check it out. I love any veggie and even fruit on the grill. Pineapple is one of my favorites. I love big huge portabello mushrooms, zucchini, peppers, onions, potatoes, eggplant...really anything. I have a huge basket that I fill and continually toss until everything is yummy.

I love grilling. I do the following:

Corn on the cob

Shish kabobs you can get creative with this. I skewer many things: a. green peppers, cherry to0matoes, onions, Brussel sprouts, and tofu; b. variety of fruit; c. collard wraps, and inside put whatever you like, which steams things nicely.

I was given Grilling Vegan Style as a gift but have yet to read it. I'm going to dust it off and get busy.

I like Vegan Boca Burgers, but I try to stay away from processed foods. I also like to grill veggies in foil and grill veggie kabobs (with tofu!).

With nice weather just starting up (at least here in Seattle), we are starting to head back out to the BBQ and I wanted to see what ideas you all have for non-meat grilling!

Also, have any of you read the book "Grilling Vegan Style" by John Schlimm? www.amazon.com/Grilling-Vegan-Style-Fired-
