I love grilling. I do the following:
Corn on the cob
Shish kabobs – you can get creative with this. I skewer many things: a. green peppers, cherry to0matoes, onions, Brussel sprouts, and tofu; b. variety of fruit; c. collard wraps, and inside put whatever you like, which steams things nicely.
I was given Grilling Vegan Style as a gift but have yet to read it. I'm going to dust it off and get busy.
