Thanks for the link! I like doing one long cardio session in the morning, then follow up with a weight lifting session in the afternoon or even add another cardio workout. I find breaking it up helps with time, motivation and energy. I'm glad others are doing this too!
Today it has been discovered doing mini workouts are as good an somtimes better than a long period single workout. An if your like me exscuses to not to do groaning about doing a workout. But it needs to be done in order to trully take care of your self.
