Thanks for the info, Michele! I had been trying to avoid coffee completly, but then I think maybe Boni or someone told me of it's benefits to one's morning workout. I'm not a big coffee drinker--one or two cups per day do me just fine.
But I do like this grain coffee called CAFIX for evening coffee, because it has no caffiene.

Thanks for the links about caffeine. As a coffee lover myself Michele it's good to know that coffee in moderation is o.k. and has some benefits. I try to restrict myself to two cups a day. I know some vegan proponents say to eliminate it altogether.

I love coffee, but it's important not to drink too much, because too much caffeine is not good for the mind or body. Research suggests not consuming more than 500mg of caffeine daily (or 4 cups of coffee a day).
