I just made a new recipe i got from the vegan 21 day kickstart. I love the name. It sounds so exoctic. Aloo gobi an india. Dish. But trsnsaleted smply colliflower an potatoes. Beng a diy cook recipes arnt easy for me to go by. But in doing it in this recipe i learned somthing new i can use in many recipes. I dont know if your familare with toasting your spices. If so i know this int a new concept but for me it is.
