Congratulations to those of you still hanging in there. It has been a challenge for me because stormy weather has cut down on the number of days I can walk the roads. This week's forecast is looking much better.
This week's workout: Day 1, 2 and 3 all the same workout - Brisk five minute warm-up walk. Then jog for 28 minutes (2.75 miles)
